Well established construction industry company is seeking a talented accounting manager due to internal promotion. Company is located 10 minutes from CC Philadelphia. 

Accounting & Finance Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the financial operation of the business, including payroll, payables, receivables, job cost, and cash management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and taxing authorities
  • Provide internal financial reports to support management decision making processes
  • Provide financial information to independent accounting agency to support preparation of financial statements

Administrative Duties

  • Administer benefit plans for non-CBA employees
  • Provide Contract and Subcontract Administration
  • Manage insurance coverage and ensure compliance with governing authorities, clients, and internal requirements
  • Manage and develop staff in alignment with vision
  • Prepare reports as required by governing authorities and CBA
  • Develop, implement, and document accounting and office management procedures

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Participates with senior level management to achieve short and long term goals
  • Assist in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems
  • Assists in the review of directly managed personnel
