Assistant Product Coordinator

Answers to Chief Executive Assistant

Job Description:

  • The Assistant Product Coordinator works alongside the Chief Executive Assistant and a cross-functional team to manage steps in the product lifecycle from concept through production, Client Interaction and Office duties.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and maintain product workflows
  • Assist in establishing task and product milestones during the manufacturing stage
  • Monitor all phases production and shipping and help to resolve roadblocks
  • Works with Purchasing and Sales teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate procurement and assembly of product samples for various purposes including testing, sampling and trade shows
  • Proofread print and electronic product literature
  • Serve as a company-wide resource for product questions and information
  • Create and maintain price lists

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management or related field
  • 1+ years of Product Management or Project Management experience
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and properly manage change
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team without formal authority
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in manufacturing organizations which produce or assemble products
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
