Bi-Lingual Marketing Specialist

Multinational Law firm with offices in mid-town Manhattan is seeking a Marketing Specialist, responsible for the creation, execution, and development of a marketing presentation content, market research, partner profile, document translation (English to Mandarin, vice versa). Heavy customer presence in Pacific-Rim.


  • Creates and manages content for a clear and compelling partner profile for marketing and business development
  • Develops, implements, and reviews content to increase customer interest and engagement
  • Creates and maintains editorial calendar for BD activities
  • Manage customer database information, research articles of potential interest to customers, manage intranet content, social media branding content, news alters, bi-monthly marketing reporting
  • Document translation

  • Meeting Facilitation -- Plans and facilitates meetings of department, internal partners, customers, or vendors to share information and/or make collaborative decisions
  • Presentation Skills -- Prepares and delivers effective presentations to communicate a message to a group of employees, peers, internal partners, or leadership
  • Data Management -- Maintenance and management of customer and company data held within any marketing asset, including analysis and cleansing of that data where required

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related degree and/or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience as a bi-lingual marketing specialist
  • Understanding of the global requirements of customer data, including awareness of GDPR and similar legal requirements for gaining, holding, and managing customer data

Computer Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management systems
  • Proficient knowledge of electronic marketing and social media platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and computer-based productivity tools required
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of general computer and online software
