Take the opportunity to join one of the industry leading electrical equipment manufacturers, located in Bucks County! You will be placed with a well-integrated team of manufacturing and electrical engineering professionals, given the role of Electronics Assembler. The goal of the electrical team is to ensure all electrical/electronic equipment, both hardware and software, are calibrated to support the manufacturing team, with the goal of both increasing company efficiency and mitigating pollution to the surrounding environment. Your role will more closely involve the calibration of electro-mechanical assemblies and ensuring that assemblies perform correctly. Salary is competitive and varies with experience and fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining Electrical applications
  • Perform electro-mechanical work
  • Excel in the utilizing basic hand tools and evaluating written instruction sheets, blueprints and fixtures
  • Perform troubleshooting/repair of circuit boards and hand soldering
  • Complete wire harness assemblies, which includes cutting, stripping, crimping and tinning of wire

Qualifications:

  • High-voltage AC/DC motor driver controller design experience
  • Be able to repair circuit boards.
  • Knowledge and experience with IPC-610 soldering standards
  • Circuit board design, schematic generation and PCB layout (Altium)
  • Knowledge of electrical safety for high-voltage circuits
  • Prototype testing/debugging techniques
  • Ability to multi-task and a desire to work in a "hands-on" environment
  • Proven communication skills and professional qualities such as initiative and organization
  • Effectiveness in team product development as well as performing assignments individually
  • Capable of lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.

Job Type:

  • Full-time

Pay:

  • $18 - 22 Hourly

Schedule:

  • Position requires 40 hours/5 days a week on-site

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Signing bonus

Education:

  • HS Degree PLUS 2 year Technical School Education in Electronics

Experience:

  • One year of related experience in a similar position
