Printing Manager

Growing, vertically integrated New England based performance textile company is seeking a talented Printing Manager from a large-scale print shop, for a fulltime role. The role will have responsibility for all facets of rotary screen print operations, quality, inventory and customer service. This company will train a talented Printing Manager in textiles, rotary screen and dye mixing

Primary Duties:

  • You will be responsible for a team of printing operators
  • Establish printing operations (SOPs) for continuous process improvement
  • Track key operational KPIs and ensure team is on target to hit production metrics
  • Oversee daily operations for rotary screen operation
  • Responsible for ensuring operations meet all safety and environmental regulations
  • Support Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC) initiatives
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of screens, dyes, other materials

Education and Experience:

  • Rotary Screen Printing
  • Colorist
  • Vat Dyes
  • Acid Dyes
