Have you been leading a team in a manufacturing environment?

Do you adhere to safety and lean manufacturing principles?

This Production Leader will have analytical abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Three years in a supervisory or lead role, conducting team meetings and motivating employees.  They have shown progression in their role and are ready to lead a successful team in a food processing environment.

Requirements:

  • Food processing a MUST high speed CPG
  • Technical aptitude, safety training and an ERP system
  • Ability to communicate effectively, bilingual preferred.
  • Second and Third shifts
