Property Maintenance Operations Manager

  • Manage all maintenance and property operations for entire portfolio of properties


  • Scheduling and coordinating preventative maintenance program for all properties
  • Finding ways to improve properties appearances and ensure cost-efficient operations
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting of maintenance expenses
  • Providing quality control on major and high priority maintenance or capital improvements
  • Provide training and best practices for all maintenance employees and vendors
  • Negotiate and execute contracts with vendors (Maintenance, Turnovers, Cleaning, Snow Removal)
  • Create new and more efficient processes to improve overall customer service
  • Creating property O & M’s for new buildings coming into service

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Real estate/ Property management knowledge
  • Vehicle Required
