Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with architectural or commercial construction related experience. The successful candidate will have a successful track record of prospecting new clients, articulating a compelling value proposition, establishing relationships, closing orders and following up detail-oriented actions plans that include project schedules and construction schematics. The selected candidate will follow up pre and post sales activities, following projects through all construction phases including design, bidding, submittal, delivery, installation, and commissioning.

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Review detailed project drawings and specifications
  • Utilize configurators to build quotes
  • Prepare bill of materials and quotations
  • Create submittals for Engineering Firms review
  • Project Management and scheduling startups

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related sales experience
  • Bachelor of Science with technical degree helpful
  • Ability to read schematics drawings and technical publications
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Valid and unrestricted state driver's license
  • Must have ability and willingness undergo and pass background checks and drug screenings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the Construction Industry and Estimating
