Salesforce Analyst / Administrator

Our global client in the Paoli, PA area is growing and looking to make a few additions to their team. Our client is well reputable and has been in business in the manufacturing industry for decades. They are looking for an individual to join their team as a Salesforce Analyst/Administrator

  • 5-7 years Salesforce experience as a Salesforce Analyst/Administrator
  • Experience creating automated workflow approvals, mapping business processes and improving throughput and optimizing productivity
  • Experience creating custom reports and KPI Dashboards.
  • Understanding of Hierarchy, database integration and concepts.
  • Successfully completed data migration to Salesforce from various legacy data bases.
  • Understanding of Sales operations and contract management concepts
  • Experience in creating Business Requirements, User Stories, Test Cases, User Acceptance Testing and Agile SDLC concepts.
  • Streamlining Salesforce across all business units of the organization
  • Ability to work solo or with a team
  • Will be some travel
