Support Analyst - Help Desk

- Offer support for all if the company’s technologies including applications, systems, computers, and peripherals
- Provide desktop and technical support and hands-on troubleshooting
- Document all service requests and monitor ticket queues to ensure prompt support
- Work with the IT and support teams for planning and troubleshooting
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail and keep good organizational skills while working under pressure
- Experience with Office365, Windows 10, Google Cloud/Azure preferred
