IT Support company in business for over 25 years looking to add an individual with both computer knowledge and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one on one support with the client via telephone, email, or in-person visits
  • Respond promptly to customer’s IT needs and provide diagnostic work as well as needed repairs on any hardware or software issues
  • Directly report to a Service Manager and provide documentations for all work executed
  • Identify areas of improvement with internal and client’s systems and provide solutions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Associate’s Degree
  • Previous experience in IT or a related field
  • Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Operating Systems, Networking, and Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, Datto, Meraki, VOIP, DNS, DHCP, SQL, Active Directory, BCDR and IT Glue is preferred
  • Personal vehicle that can be used to travel to client’s locations
  • Time management skills
