IT Support company looking to add a Level 2 support team member to provide support, maintenance, and upgrades to an array of business environments. A candidate looking for a way to use their technical support and customer service skills would excel in this environment

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for internal and client technical requests
  • Participate in the management of multiple network systems
  • Document any work performed using the company’s ticket system

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Microsoft Systems administration
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network firewall
  • Managed Service Industry experience preferred
